Are your supplements safe to take?

Our supplements are formulated by our naturopathic doctor partner, Dr Jay Wilkins ND. His formulations are different from commercially available supplements, which may include ingredients that shouldn’t be included in the first place, or in excess of what the body actually needs. Dr Jay’s formulas are customized according to the needs of the body.

Are your products third party tested?

We are currently in the process of having our supplements tested by a third party. 

Are the ingredients used in your supplements organic? Are your supplements certified organic?

We are currently in the process of having our supplements certified.

Where are your supplements’ ingredients sourced from?

The ingredients in our supplements are sourced globally, with our global partners who make sure that the ingredients are grown, controlled, and processed safely and meet global quality processing standards. 

Where are your supplements manufactured?

Our supplements are manufactured in our certified GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) facility located in New Jersey, USA.

ORDERING

I want to purchase your supplement. How can I order?

If you are interested in any of our supplements and wish to purchase it, please follow our instructions on how to place an order.

  1. Visit our Products page.
  2. Choose the supplement you want to order by clicking on the Add to Cart button, OR, if you want to know more about the supplement, click on the image bottle. You will be redirected to the product detail page, where you can read more information about the supplement you chose.
  3. At the bottom of the supplement description, you can change the quantity of how many supplements you want to order.
  4.  Click the Add to Cart button on the right.

You can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents, by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner. If you are satisfied with the contents of your shopping cart, click on the Proceed to Check Out button.

How can I pay for my order?

Upon checkout, you can pay for your order using your credit card or Paypal.

How can I remove a supplement from my shopping cart?

Go to your shopping cart. There is an x mark on the left side of the bottle. Click on that x to remove the supplement from your cart.

SHIPPING

How long will my order be processed?

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 days (including weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 



How much are your shipping rates?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Do you ship to USA?

We ship to continental USA.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally. 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@zenmenhealth.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
