Cilantro–Lime Detox Broth Recipe
Seasonal Detox & Immune Support Recipe
December naturally brings a focus on immune support, and this broth fits perfectly. It’s warm, soothing, and made with cleansing, antimicrobial ingredients like cilantro and garlic, exactly what people are seeking this time of year. It also balances out the heavier holiday foods with something light, nourishing, and gently detoxifying.
Why This Broth Works
A mineral-rich blend designed to support:
- Liver detoxification (cilantro, parsley, trace minerals)
- Gentle lymphatic flow (garlic, warm broth, optional ginger)
- Immune support during winter months
- Metal mobilization through cilantro’s natural chelating properties
- Post-holiday balance with a light, nutrient-dense profile
Pairs especially well with Tick Immune Support lifestyle protocols focused on circulation, drainage, and foundational wellness.
