PURCHASE AND SHIPPING


In order to shop on this site, simply select the product you want to purchase, the desired quantity, and click Add to Cart. When you’ve completed shopping, click the View Cart button. From the View Cart page, you can see the Estimated Shipping cost (Economy and Standard). Select the mode of payment you would prefer to use and follow the payment channel’s instructions to check out and complete your order. Please note that you may change the contents or edit the quantities of items in your shopping cart unit you select the mode of payment to checkout, after which your order will be processed. After submitting your order, if accepted, a confirmation page will be displayed and your order number will be provided. You will also receive an email confirmation shortly after your order has been submitted. If your email confirmation does not arrive within 48 hours after you have place your order, please contact us via e-mail for assistance. You may track your order by using the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.

BILLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The price of Zenmen products is as quoted on the Site in real, actual time.

Prices exclude VAT and delivery costs, which will be automatically added to the total amount due when you view the items in your cart and have selected your chosen payment and shipping method.

Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a shipping confirmation.

Payment for all orders must be made through the payment channels as listed on the checkout page. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.

You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. We are not responsible for this.
