Do you have any Brick-and-Mortar Locations?

Do you ship internationally? Are there additional taxes or fees for international orders?

Yes, we do ship internationally!

For International Orders ONLY, the total price excludes customs fees, import taxes, and any other related charges. Customers are responsible for paying these costs directly to the courier or local authorities upon delivery. Please be aware that these fees vary depending on the destination country.

Are your supplements safe to take?

Our supplements are formulated by our naturopathic doctor partners. Our formulations are different from commercially available supplements, which may include ingredients that shouldn’t be included in the first place, or in excess of what the body actually needs.

Are your products third party tested?

We are in the process of subjecting some of our supplements to third-party testing. Notably, a number of our products have already undergone this rigorous testing, and the corresponding certificates can be found on their respective listing pages. Can women take your supplements?

Where are your supplements manufactured?

Should I follow the expiration date or the date I opened the bottle?

You should primarily go by the expiration date printed on the bottle, as it indicates the product's overall shelf life. However, once opened, we recommend using the tincture within 6-12 months for maximum potency and freshness. Be sure to store it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight to maintain its quality.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Within the U.S.: Orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days. However, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

For International Orders: Delivery usually takes 7–28 days, depending on customs clearance and courier processing times.

Why does my Tincture have separation or an oil-like layer?

The natural separation in our tinctures is due to the highly concentrated ethanol extraction process. As ethanol evaporates over time (especially when opening and closing the bottle), an oil-like emulsion may form. This is a completely natural phenomenon and does not affect the quality, potency, or effectiveness of the tincture.

Is the separation or floating material a sign of contamination or spoilage?

No. The appearance of a brown emulsion or floating particles is a normal characteristic of herbal tinctures. These components are naturally occurring and expected within the product specifications. The tincture should be shaken before each use to reincorporate the emulsion.

What should I do if I see black specks or residue in my tincture?

If you notice dark specks or residue, this is likely due to natural plant material that has settled over time.

How should I store my tincture to maintain quality?

To ensure the best shelf life and potency:

  • Store your tincture in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Will the natural separation affect the effectiveness of the tincture?

No, the separation does not impact the integrity or effectiveness of the tincture. The active compounds remain present and effective as long as the tincture is properly shaken before use.
